REQUIREMENTS
Besides the classic Fotobot, Cyberhelvetia.ch's sponsors expressed the need for another version that would be better suited for trade fairs and events. The Event Fotobot is not mounted behind a storefront window, instead it is a freestanding object, similar to an info kiosk, installed anywhere on site. Furthermore, a Surf Lounge was created to be added to the Event Fotobot. This new Fotobot was intended to make a broader audience familiar with the Expo.02 project Cyberhelvetia.ch.

REALIZATION
Belleville collaborated with a team of Formpol’s product designers. They created three solutions, one of which was produced in a 5 part mini series. Modules can be strapped together with seat belts in different formations, thus allowing for varying combinations, resulting in either Fotobots and/or Surf Lounges. The Event Fotobot’s appearance – a transparent, illuminated container – evokes associations with films such as Brazil and makes for joyful explorations and an unforgettable experience.
